Ghost in the night

We eventually arrived in Birmingham only 8 hours late Wednesday night and put straight to work.

Last night we had a little thunderstorm in the night. I woke up when it started to rain to shut the window but I laid awake listening for a little while when I hear footsteps, my first thought was it’s the ghost walking round. Huddled up against the wall thinking please don’t come in our room when I hear panting & something touch my bed, Flossy the dog doesn’t like thunder so she let herself in and decided ild save her.

Today was delivery day feels like we’ve been round & round in circles dropping cakes at various farm shops. The one in the picture is Bloomfield’s.
